FLOW HOUSE PRESENTS
Flow and Reconnect
Nestled in the sacred valley of Tepoztlán, Amomoxtli embodies Mexico’s ancient mysticism—where the energy of the mountains, nature, and spirit converge. Rooted in the ancient Nahua word for “place of clouds,” Amomoxtli is a sanctuary for reflection and renewal, where time slows and presence deepens.
Surrounded by lush gardens and breathtaking views of the Tepozteco mountains, this boutique retreat merges authenticity with understated luxury. Each casita and suite is uniquely designed with handcrafted Mexican details, warm tones, and serene outdoor spaces that invite you to connect with the land and yourself.

WELCOME TO

A tranquil and intimate escape where luxury, nature, and creativity harmoniously unite.
From sunrise movement to evening rituals, every experience will carry the grounding, transformative energy of this sacred place. This retreat is not just an escape—it’s an awakening.

MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE
Through a blend of grounding Vinyasa flows and deeply restorative Yin sessions, you’ll move with intention and presence. Each practice invites you to reconnect with your body, soften into awareness, and create space for renewal — both physically and emotionally.
INNER GUIDANCE & REFLECTION
This retreat is an opportunity to meet yourself where you are. Through guided intention-setting, moments of stillness, and optional intuitive card readings with Nady, you’ll be supported in gaining clarity, reconnecting with your inner voice, and creating room for what you want to call in next.
RITUALS FOR THE SOUL
You’ll experience sensorial practices designed to awaken, release, and realign. From immersive sound journeys to the transformative heat of the Temazcal and other traditional cleansing rituals, each moment encourages you to slow down, listen inward, and let stagnant energy shift.
A SOULFUL COLLECTIVE
Flow House is built on connection. You’ll be surrounded by a group of like-minded souls who are also choosing to pause, reflect, and return to themselves. Together, we hold space for vulnerability, rest, laughter, and renewal — remembering that growth feels deeper in community.

Meet the founders
The Flow House was born from our shared passion for moving through life with intention. Created by two yoga instructors and seekers, Flow House is a space where growth, transformation, lifestyle and community meet.
We believe that wellness is not a destination but a practice—one that becomes deeper and more meaningful when shared. Our retreats are more than just an escape; they’re an invitation to reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with others on a similar path.
